Stained Glass Dome Construction Project for a Residential Villa in Basra

Our team designed and implemented this project according to the classic architectural style of the villa. We used red, yellow, orange and blue colored glass to create an artistic and unique effect. This dome has a 10-meter wide opening and its structure is designed as a bolted flange.

Considering the hot and humid weather conditions of Basra, our team made the structure resistant to wear and corrosion. We galvanized all parts of the structure and then coated it with oven paint to increase its resistance. We also made the sections fully welded and boxed to prevent air and moisture from penetrating into the structure.

Accurate and error-free calculations

We carried out the design and calculations of the structure with high precision. The use of CNC technology in the manufacture of the flanges ensured high precision and error-free. We implemented all the details of the structure with high precision to maintain the quality of the project.

We completed the project in our production workshop and installed the structure on site.
