Glass skylight of Sirjan commercial complex

The stained glass skylight project for the tourism, commercial and entertainment complex in Sirjan consists of two bays with square and rectangular sections. The design and preparation of proposals and various meetings to finalize the design and implementation took nearly four months. Finally, the pyramid-shaped concept with dimensions of the large opening of 25 meters by 25 meters and the small opening of 10 meters by 26 meters was finally approved.

Due to the large area of the work surface and the high costs of implementing it entirely with stained glass, we decided to cover about 50% of the total surface in each of the skylights with stained glass. The remaining surface was completed with eco-energy glass.

Given the possibility of creating greenhouse conditions in skylights with open openings, the issue of preventing this problem is of great importance. For this reason, Archi Taj Complex, using its expert and experienced staff, controlled this factor with eco-energy glass and facility calculations.

Stained Glass Design

In this project, the design was inspired by the pateh embroidery patterns and kilims of Sirjan and Kerman. This design takes the audience to the nostalgic atmosphere of old doors and windows and stained glass. The project designer believes that this work of art separates the audience from the modern world and gives them a special sense of peace.

The stained glass project of the Sirjan Tourism Complex is competitive at the global level in terms of dimensions and structure. There are few structures of this size that have been implemented with stained glass in the world.
