Meygoon project was designed and implemented in Meygoon by the expert group of Architaj in 2019.
The project is located in a residential villa in the new Meygoon.
This is a 9-story building, and the skylight is overlooked on all the floors, and the lighting is gone through from this void.
Meygoon stein glass dome project
The overall shape of the void looks almost a semi-oval with a big diameter of 7 meters and a small diameter of 5 meters.
The void has a special shape, so a great design is considered for it.
The interactions between Mr. Bahman Abadi and the Architaj group resulted in designing a sloping roof for the caulking of the project.
Then to construct a dome with flat fringes beneath the room.
The considered dome is designed with a diameter of 3 meters and a height of 1.80, and a skylight with flat fringes is implemented in the center of it.
The room and dome building structure is made of profile and it is covered by electrostatic color.
The overall construction is built according to the law related to the design and implementation of iron materials, and it has been confirmed by the engineering organization.
The room of the project is constructed for calking, is covered by laminate tampered glass.
There are windows on the corners of the room to make accessibility to the stein glass project whenever it’s needed.
The sashes of the stein glass are designed and implemented in realism and influenced by the natural elements.
Colored glasses in the combinations of yellow and orange are used for the dome and green glasses are used for the fringes.
Sandblast glasses (opaque) are used in the background to provide safety from outside intrusion.
