This project was done in Niyavaran by the Architaj group in 2016.

This project was implemented for Mr. Yaser Hashemi Rafsanjani’s house.

It was implemented for the residential house on the last floor’s ceiling in an ampty space.

Already an old skylight had been installed in the house, and it did not reach the owner’s satisfaction and also it was making troubles due to water leakage.

Some plans and suggestions were offered to the venerable client, and then the client’s demand was considered and the final plan was assigned.

The Profile was used for the rampart of the construction, and it was designed through cold rolling operation.

Then it was covered with electrostatic color to increase the resistibility against the climate change.

It should be mentioned that all the constructions designed have all been confirmed by the engineering organization and the design requirements and iron usage have all been diligently complied with.

The stein glass was designed according to the client’s taste in Iranian style, and in order to make the background look opaque, saline glass and sandblast glass were utilized for it.

Also, colored glass like bronze, golden, yellow, and brown are utilized too.
